Weight loss without pain

Weight gain is a universal problem faced by both men and women. It is very easy to gain weight but extremely difficult losing. It needs lots of willpower, stamina and strength. There is no short cut means to lose weight but it can definitely be lost gradually. The three important factors which contribute towards weight gain is three white food items sugar, maida, and rice. These three items are found in our daily food when we consume tea, coffee, bakery products and other soft drinks.

Instead of eating deep fried food, it is better to go easy on the consumption of the oil which we use while cooking. It is better to eat more of boiled, steamed and stir fried food items which consume very little or hardly any oil.

Eating atleast two vegetables and one leafy vegetable is extremely good for health. The quantity of vegetables and fruits should be increased slowly. Rice should be eaten in moderation.

At least daily brisk walks especially in the morning is very good not only for the health of the person it also helps in reducing weight. Self control, motivation, along with change in diet habits and exercise will slowly and steadily will help a person reach the desired weight loss
